Risk-Free Trial by FranklinCovey
Customers taking advantage of the Risk Free Trial will be required to input a valid credit card, or select invoice billing to begin the trial. The customer may cancel at anytime within the first 30 days (by loging in to their account) and no charges will be deducted from the customers account. If the customer does not cancel before the 30th day the account will be charged the monthly subscription fee for the number of licenses in the account. No Refunds will be given if you neglect to cancel your trial account.
PlanPlus™ Term
All PlanPlus™ Business and PlanPlus™ Sales Edition accounts are 12 month agreements and may be paid monthly or annually.Annual Agreements will automatically renew unless cancelled. The BASIC Edition is available on a Month to Month or Annual agreement, with monthly or Annual payments. Month-to-Month agreements will be considered to be in effect until cancelled.
Delinquent Accounts
The PlanPlus™ Online Team reserves the right to suspend the customers account if not paid by the due date. PlanPlus Online may choose, at its option, to let delinquent accounts remain active. The customer will remain liable for all account charges untill the account is cancelled.
Payment
All payments must be made by the end of the billing period. Accounts will be billed for all Allocated Licenses in the account. Payment is expected via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) or EFT (electronic funds transfer). In some cases, invoice billing may be acceptable. Contact a sales rep for details.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your account by logingg in to your account. If you send an email, your cancellation request may take up to 14 days to process. If your next billing date is within 2 weeks it is highly reccommended that you cancel from within the account to avoid additional charges to your credit card. No refunds will be issued. Annual Agreements require payment of balance due.
Returns
No returns will be given for monthly license fees or Professional Services rendered.
PlanPlus™ Implementation / Customization
All fees for Implementation / Customization Services will be due in advance. Work may begin on the account as soon as a Statement of Work has been agreed to and signed by customer.
PlanPlus™ Training
Minimum of 24 hours notice is requested to reschedule or cancel a training event.
