These FAQs are designed to provide a better understanding of PlanPlus Goals application, our policies, and our other legal and technical tools. They provide basic information and will often link to more detailed information.

What is PlanPlus Goals?

PlanPlus Goals is an extension to the PlanPlus Online planning system. PlanPlus Goals offers a centralized application to manage Life Areas, Goals related to those Life Areas and the activities around the Life Areas. Activities include the Task you need to complete throughout the duration of your goals, the appointments and meetings that consume your week. Any notes related to each area.

Can PlanPlus Goals sync to my existing PlanPlus account?

During the initial registration of the PlanPlus Goals application you can select to start with a new account or enter the same email address used in your PlanPlus Online account and sync the data between the PlanPlus Goals and the existing PlanPlus Online account.

Do I need to have a PlanPlus Online subscription to use PlanPlus Goals?

If you don’t have an active PlanPlus Online account a new trial account will be set up for your to begin using the application. The Settings page of the PlanPlus Goals application allows you to turn the sync active or inactive. If you choose to set the sync to inactive the application will be available to function as a standalone application.

Can I add my own photos to my Life Areas and Goals instead of the photos provided in the application?

The PlanPlus Goals uses photos to enhance the experience of identifying your Life Areas and Goals. The application down loads a set of photos for you to use, however if you would like to use your own photos to make your Life Areas and Goals more personal you can use the photos from albums located on your device.

Where can I find the PlanPlus Goals Application?

You can purchase the PlanPlus Goals from the Apple iTunes app store search for PlanPlus to locate the application.

Is the PlanPlus Goals application only made for iPad?

At this time the PlanPlus Goals application is available for iPads only.

I haven't used my PlanPlus Online account in sometime but now want to try it with the PlanPlus Goals application how do I find my login information?

At any time you would like to locate the login information for a PlanPlus Online account you can go to  http://www.planplusonline02.com/iLogin.jsp  and select to Retrieve Password or Retrieve Account Name.  Enter the email address associated with the account.  If the account has fallen into a state of suspension or canceled you may need to reinstate the account by providing current payment information for the account. How do I activate an old PlanPlus Online account to use with PlanPlus Goals?

Go to the PlanPlus Online login screen use your credentials to login and you will be presented with a opportunity to  enter payment for the account.

What is the ‘cloud’ and is it safe?

PlanPlus Online is cloud-based computing which means your data is accessible anytime, from anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection. Critical data is completely private, secure, and safely backed up.
