Synchronization

The PlanPlus Goal iPad application is a mobile extension to the PlanPlus Online application. You can sync with an existing account and update your PlanPlus Online account or use the application as a standalone.

The synchronization requires an active subscription to a PlanPlus Online account and the sync to a PlanPlus Account should be set to “Active” under the settings page.  If you don’t have an active PlanPlus Online account the application will create a new account and allow you to sync to the new account as a trial.

When logging in to the account from a web browser you will use the same email of your account in the Company Name field and the User Name field and the password.    If you wish to continue with the PlanPlus Online account after your trial ends you can go to http://www.planplusonline.com and access the account with your credentials.


The sync will engage after your initial registration to an existing account. Any time you wish to update the data between your PlanPlus Goals and the PlanPlus Online account you can select the sync button. This will allow you to select to sync the data at that time. To minimize and control the connection the sync will not automatically sync real time. Sync Settings can be adjusted in the Setting Page.

Sync Settings can be found in the Settings Page. In Case there are conflicts PlanPlus Goals will choose from the Device or PlanPlus Online Account. If the Device is chosen the data on the device will be the master copy. If the PlanPlus Online Account is selected the Account will be the master copy. If needed you can set the sync to your PlanPlus Online Account Active or Inactive.
