Yes. We have an app for iPhone and Android available for free with a subscription. Download “PlanPlus Mobile” from the App Store on IOS or Google Play Store on Android.

How do I cancel my account?2016-01-13T01:33:11+00:00

You may cancel from within your PlanPlus™ account or by contacting our support team. You may cancel your own account by going to Account >License Billing >Cancel My Subscription. You may also contact support to have your account cancelled by creating a ticket. To submit a case for cancellation, Click Here. Cancellation requests must be made 10 days before the agreement renewal date in order to avoid automatic renewal and the related billing charges.

PlanPlus Online has a No Refund Policy. All refund requests are reviewed by our billing department and refunds may be issued on a discretionary basis. Our products have a 14 day trial period which if canceled prior to the 14th day you will not be charged.

Is PlanPlus Online compatible with my Mac?2022-11-29T22:57:03+00:00

Yes, PlanPlus Online is compatible with both Mac’s and PC’s and accessible through any web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla, etc.). Desktop Sync and Outlook Connector do not work on with MacOS.

Yes. It will look different because of it’s online interface, but it has
all the same features, including roles, mission statement, task prioritization, calendaring, and daily notes.

My Sync Connector says I have an Invalid Username/Password2018-12-11T11:31:33+00:00

If the connector will not add, and it says “Invalid username/Password”, try re-typing the credentials into the field.

If it still fails to add, try changing your Outlook 365 password wherever it is you login to that email.

PlanPlus Online is cloud-based computing which means your data is accessible anytime, from anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection. Critical data is completely private, secure, and safely backed up.
