We are still plugging away over here at PlanPlus Online and the product team has done it again in bringing us another fabulous update. We released 158 on August 25,2015. We wanted to tell you some of our newest items as well as what we’ve done to keep PlanPlus Online experience an enjoyable time. In this release we were able to address 27 issues and have them be successfully resolved.
Updates:
- NEW FEATURE: Bulk search against a CSV file – now users can upload a CSV file, map their fields accordingly and search their system for matches. Additionally, this feature provides a field-based breakdown on the disbursement of the results over that field!
- Fixed Lead Status bug when creating a new lead using the “Quick Create” feature.
- Fixed Outlook Connector occasional duplicate contact issue
- Added Public/Private option for Opportunity and Lead Saved Searches
- Addressed issue preventing multiple day events from printing correctly.
- Corrected error when using Lead Webforms that prevented lead record from being created.
- Corrected problem where default Country value was not populating correctly for new Organizations.
- Corrected problem preventing the Resource calendar from showing all appointments – calendar now displays where the selected resource is being used.
- Cleaned up some UI elements on Opportunity Detail page.
- Addressed default Lead Description issue when using Import process for Leads
- Fixed bug that prevented appointment modifications from being made by non-owner of appointment.
- Fixed bug in Action Sheet Task creation that prevented the tasks from being attached to Opportunities.
- Corrected problem preventing default field in context sensitive field groups from being updated properly by a Process Step and on the Entity Detail page.
- Corrected issue on Quote Previews where some header information is not displaying.
- Updated Facebook and Twitter authentication methods to Oauth to fully support both integrations. Features are used in the Daily Notes section.
- Addressed issue when using an entity Advanced Search, using a blank field – when a user wanted to search for records with an empty or NULL value, the search returns all records. Now we can use the “%” operator to indicate empty or NULL.
- Corrected workflow on Deleting Audience List in the Marketing section to refresh and show updated list of options.
- Added fully customized Commercial Real Estate “translation” package to help better serve the data needs of our customers in that market.
- Cleaned up UI elements in Planning section and Portrait fields.
- Developed brand new Insurance Setup for our friends in the Insurance market – easier to use UI, insurance-specific feature sets and functionality.
- All production servers received necessary operating system software updates.
