–New & Improved Guided Help Resources – These help resources are now available from a tab on the lower edge of your screen while logged in to your account. There are a combination of videos and guided explainer tutorials to help you learn how to use PlanPlusOnline.
-Opportunity Process Interface Enhancements – We made it more noticeable from the opportunity detail page and improved the look and feel of all of the information on the Process tab. This is completed for Opportunity Processes and will be moving to Contact Processes soon.
–Zapier (Ready for beta) – The first 2 “Zaps” are ready for beta customers to use Zapier Triggers to create Contacts and Leads in PlanPlusOnline (Business Edition Only at this time). You must contact our Professional Services team to get access to these.
-Mobile App & Sync Improvements – We released 2 new versions of the app that fixed a few more of the issues that were found in beta testing. These apps are quite solid now, and will be officially coming out of beta in short time.
–New version of PlanPlus Mobile IOS mobile (Download)
Fixed issues with duplicates, and appointment invites resending.
