April 27th Release Notes – PlanPlus Online – Version 5.49

Product Enhancements

  • Improved Tracking & Analytics:

    • Converted UTM tracking codes into standard fields for consistent and structured data collection.

  • Appointment & Task Upgrades:

    • Added a “Repeating Pattern” display to history logs for both appointments and tasks.

    • Introduced an “Estimated Time” field in the Task Detail area to help with time planning and reporting.

    • Tasks dragged to the calendar now auto-set appointment duration based on estimated time.

    • Added a pencil icon to clearly indicate that notes are editable in task/appointment detail views.

Bug Fixes

  • History Log Enhancements:

    • Fixed issues where multiline Detail field updates caused history logs to disappear or fail to update properly.

  • Resolved two major CloudWatch error floods affecting backend performance

  • Fixed an issue where blank pages displayed when accessing the FAQ and Support Center from the Setup Wizard.

April 13th Release Notes – PlanPlus Online – Version 5.48

Product Enhancements

  • Hyperlink Field in Task Notes: Added a new hyperlink field in task notes for easier linking to resources, references, or documents.

  • Task Summary Icons: Now displaying Note and Attachment icons directly in the Task Summary View on the homepage for quick access and context.

Bug Fixes

  • This release focused on product improvements and system optimization. No major user-facing bugs were fixed in this version.

April 6th Release Notes – PlanPlus Online – Version 5.47

Product Enhancements

  • Attachment Icon Restored: The attachment icon is now visible again in the Daily Note list view on the homepage for easier file recognition.

  • Improved History Logs for Appointments:

    • History logs now display changes for all fields related to appointments (events), giving users better visibility into updates.

Bug Fixes

  • Help & Support Navigation Error: Fixed the “Invalid sub-domain identifier” error when accessing Help & Training, FAQ, and the Support Center, restoring full access to support resources.

April 2nd Release Notes – PlanPlus Online – Version 5.46

Product Enhancements

  • Updated Bookmark Button Labels for clearer user navigation and functionality.

  • Improved History Logs:

    • Display changes for all fields in Task history.

    • Additional refinements to make change tracking more accurate and transparent.

  • Error Monitoring: Investigated and addressed a high-volume CloudWatch error to enhance system stability.

  • Upgraded Notes: Improved the notes area in the Lead section with CKEditor, providing a richer text editing experience with formatting options, images, and improved usability.

Bug Fixes

  • Project Task Status Bug: Fixed an issue where the status of a project task reverted to “Completed” after being edited.

  • Copy-Paste Issue: Resolved a problem affecting “Long Text” fields and notes on the Lead record and entity summary pages.

  • Blank Screen Fix: Corrected a bug that caused a blank screen to appear when clicking on a task in the summary view.
